    I cloned your form and sent a test submission but I was unable to replicate the issue. I was able to submit the cloned form successfully, and it did not get stuck on Please Wait.

    Unfortunately I cannot see the form on your facebook link as it requires to join the group to see it. Was the form added to that group using the link? Or is it also embedded on a website?

    I cleared your form cache to refresh the form. Can you please try clearing your browser cache and then submit it again.

    If the issue persists, please let us know.

    Hi,

    Can you please try to re-add the Form on your Facebook Page by following the instructions provided in this guide: Adding a Form to Your Facebook Page.
