hey
why am i getting the error - multiple submissions not allowed?

Your form settings is currently set to Check Cookies only. This means once a user submits the form on a specific browser, they will not be able to make any further submissions on that browser. They will need to use a different browser or connect to a different network.
You will need to change this from Check Cookies to No Check so that you can receive multiple submissions successfully. Here's our guide for more info: How to Set Unique Submissions on a Form
