I have a check sheet in pdf format that I would like to make a jotform. Is there any way I can just import the file and then play around with it in jot forms, or would I have to just create a whole new form?
Thanks

If you have a fallible PDF form you can import it.
You can use our Fillable PDF Form Creator and import your PDF form.
However please note that imported PDF forms can not be edited.
I would suggest you to use our form builder and create online form that can be converted to Fillable PDF form.
