Why is the postcode not being accepted sometimes when people try to fill in a form?

    I have created a form and the address field is mandatory. You can see the form here http://meetthemanufacturer.co.uk/register-2017/


    I have had several people contact me to say that the system is saying that their postcode is not being accepted, and hence they cannot complete the form.


    Why would this be happening? And is there anyway of capturing a list of people that this is happening to so that we can retarget them and not lose them?

    Could you please try to get more information from the people that contacted you, such as the postcode values that they tried to enter, and the message they received? That would help us inspect the issue and assist you better.

    Another suggestion I can provide, is embedding the form using the iFrame method, for more compatibility, as I have noticed that you are embedding the form using the embed method.
