Can I create a quiz with different points for each answer?

I want to create a quiz type form which gives different points depending on which answer is chosen.  Is this possible?

For example.  Which is the best?

A.  Green  (value 2 pts)

B. Yellow (Values 1 pt)

You can assign the options in your form calculation values:

Then performs calculations on those values in a calculation field:

This will allow for the setup you are looking for.
