Having trouble viewing auto email on a mobile phone due to size of screen. Any way to change the setting to be mobile friendly?

I have reviewed the forms in your account and found they display properly in mobile devices, here's a screenshot from one of them:
Could you please provide us more details about the fields that do not display properly on mobile devices as well as the form ID?
