I got a bill on my credit card for $139 dollars and I thought I was on the $99 a year plan

I have checked your account and found that you were charged with $99 $90 on September 29th, 2016. This is because you have a premium yearly subscription, but I cannot find any other subscription or charge that has been made to your account.
You could also check your invoices by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/329-How-to-Check-Invoices
Also, you may provide us more details about the charge you're seeing on your credit card statement, may be that you upgraded a guest account or a different JotForm account, we will be glad to further check this on our end.

Thanks!! I only have one other account that I know of, and that was supposed to be charged in June, so I don't think this is my charge. Do you have a way to look by amount? It is for $139, transaction reference number 75418237035035484209086.

We cannot search payments based on amounts and I could not find a charge using the reference number you provided.
For your current account studyaway I only found the $90.00 (apologies for the wrong amount above, it is a premium yearly subscription at $90 instead of $99).
You may provide us your other account username so we can check if this could have the subscription you were charged for.
You may also provide us more info about any email from this payment that you received, there we should find any details that may indicate us why you were charged.
