Hi, I have forms that are sent with the PDF as an attachment. These PDF's I modified and I need to change them as I have added some more info. How can I do this now? Thanks Paul

    Hello Paul,

Matters about PDF with JotForm are quite broad and cover different areas of the builder or on usage of forms.

If you are referring to the enabling of the attachment of the submission on PDF format, you can modify this on the submissions page. You can check this guide for more information: https://www.jotform.com/help/384-How-to-Customize-PDF-Submissions-Report

If what you mean is you have a local PDF file and have uploaded to attach to the email alert on Autoresponder emails, you will have to replace it by removing the existing one and uploading a new one.

If you are referring to the conversion of forms to fillable PDF, yes you can simply modify your form and download a new one. The newest downloaded PDF version of the form should reflect the updates you've made on the form builder.

Please let us know if you have questions or you need clarification.

    Thanks.
