Purging data

I opened a free account just to gauge functionality and options.  I'm considering moving up to the $99 a month plan, but I have a question...

How do I periodically go in and purge all data stored for my account?  To be clear, I don't want to EXPORT a copy of the data, I want to DELETE that data from your servers so that I don't exceed my data limit after a number of months or a year or more.  In general practice, I would delete all data at one time, not just selected data/records.

    Thank you for your time.

Inside of this guide you can find how to delete form submission data:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/377-How-to-Delete-Form-Submission-Data

You can delete all submissions of your form at once. You will have to do this for each of your forms.

Also please note that all our paid plans have unlimited Total Submission Storage. If you are on a free account, you can only store up to 500 submissions in your account. The rest will be deleted and the most recent 500 submissions will be kept. Account will never be disabled because of Total Submission Storage limit.

More about different account types you can find on our pricing page

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
