    Hi,

I noticed yesterday that one lead on the form "White Label Partner Program" ie. bob@neilpistol.com did not get sent to my email id.

I'm not able to find any option to check or confirm this on the jot form system. Could you check and tell me why this possibly happened?

    Hello synup,

I did check your form "White Label Partner Program" and found that you have set notification email alert to send email to support@synup.com

I do not see that you have configured bob@neilpistol.com If you want your form's submission to be sent to bob@neilpistol.com , you will have to edit your form's notification email alert and change the "Recipient Email". You may like to take a look at the following guide which should help you:  https://www.jotform.com/help/41-How-to-Find-and-Change-the-Email-Address-Used-for-Notification-Email

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!

You seem to to have misunderstood my query. Emails are not being sent for the forms being filled.

The set email address "support@synup.com" is not recieveing all the filled forms from "White Label Patner Program"

Since the time I opened this ticket, another 5 forms have been filled but no emails were sent to support@synup.com

Please revert back ASAP. Please email of call us directly if you need our support to resolve this. This is critical for us as if our leads are delayed they lose value.

    Hello synup,

I did check your form's notification email alert and did not find any issue with that. You have configured it correctly and you should receive submission email without any problem. I also check our email logs and found that submission emails are being sent successfully. Please check the logs below:

I would suggest you to please check your spam folder and see if the emails ended up there. I would suggest you to please use your own email address with SMTP setting to send submission emails. You may like to take a look at the following guide on how to use your own SMTP setting:  https://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form

    Thank you!

Yes, the emails did end up in spam. This is quite strange as we have been receiving emails from jotform in the inbox for 2 years or so now.

Thanks for your help, I'll look for a workaround(Read Zapier).
