Trying to reset password on account: sb@alifetimedental.com

    Keep trying to reset it but am getting no email from you guys, even though your system says it was sent

    Once I've reset the password, I'd like to transfer the forms on sb@alifetimedental.com to leigh@alifetimedental.com
