Can I make a sign up that lets volunteers pick a style and then upload a photo?

I want to set up a volunteer sign up form for a fashion show.   Can I make a sign up that lets volunteers pick a style and then upload a photo?  And can my sign up show which spots are full and previously uploaded photos? Thanks!

If I understand your process correctly, you need to have an limitation on up to how many times a spot can be allocated. So if the specific spot is full, it should not be selectable or available for picking anymore.

And you need the option to  upload photos as well.

You can achieve both options in your form using the following widget and field.

    #1 Gift Registry widget.

    link: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/gift_registry

    demo form: https://form.jotformpro.com/form/51301543278955?

You can use the widget to set a max limit a spot can be used. Once all spot had been selected it will become disabled and will not be available anymore.

    #2 Upload field.

You can use upload field to allow the users to upload photos using your form.

I hope this help. Let us know if you need further assistance.

    That's perfect.

Is there a way to show the uploaded photos on the registration for everyone to see?  So like a compilation of photos from everyone registered so far?

Great! Your other question has been moved to a separate thread https://www.jotform.com/answers/1070330

We'll have it addressed there shortly.
