How can I transfer each page with each option feild?

How can I do it?

Example:

I use option field has 3 options.

I set Option 1: Information of Student (Page 2)

Option 2: Information of Worker (Page 3)

Option 3: Information of Boss (Page 4)

If I choose option 1 and click Continue, it will transfer to page 2.

If I choose option 2 and click Continue, it will transfer to page 3.

If I choose option 3 and click Continue, it will transfer to page 4.
