As a local government we've been using Jotform for a number of years now without problems. Great product!

Our newest form uses a Jotform which looks fine on a PC but accessing the page on a mobile, creates problems.

On an android mobile the top of box of text disappears altogether.

On an apple, the text is pushed to one side on a very narrow column.

Is there a way of fixing this?

    With thanks,

    Allan Reeder

I have tested your form on my Samsung Galaxy S4 and I was not able to replicate mentioned issue. Your form is responsive.

Your standalone form is also responsive. Were you able to resolve your issue?

I also noticed that your webpage is not fully responsive. To be precise Orange City Council image on your webpage is not responsive.

If your issue with the form is not resolved, you can try to re-embed your form with iFrame code. Inside of this guide you can find how to get iFrame code of your form:

If the issue still persist on your end, please provide us a screenshots of text that is not shown correctly on mobile devices.
