Can survey responses be emailed to certain people?

Hello,

I would like to create a survey and for one question, it would include a drop down list of contacts that the person filling out would pick from. Once the survey is submitted, the person chosen from the drop down list will be notified of the completed survey to follow up. I hope this makes sense!

Secondly,

The person who was chosen from the drop down menu, is there a way where it can flag that person 3 times (in 1 month, in 2 months and then in 3 months) as a reminder to follow up on that survey?

You can use the Send Emails Later function in the Advanced settings of the Autoresponder Here's how:

1. Create an Autoresponder Email and then go to the Advanced tab. Change the Send Emails Later to 30 days. Here's a guide: Setting-Up-an-Autoresponder-Email

2. After that, you need to create another Autoresponder Email. Change the Send Emails Later to On a Later Date. You can choose what day you want to send the Autoresponder in the Calendar.
