Why are we getting duplicate responses

We have an online application form and are getting multiple submissions from people. It varies on how many.

I checked our submission logs for your form and it does look like people are actually submitting the form multiple times. 

If you would like to prevent users from entering multiple submissions, you can enable unique submissions:
