    there is any way to upload photo on same this Configuration list??

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, it is not possible to upload images to the Configurable List widget, but you can add a File Upload element to your form. You may advise your users to upload the photo somewhere and enter the link in the File Upload element box. We have a File Upload element that makes it easy for anyone to attach images or files when they fill out a form. Let me show you how to add it:

    1. In the Form Builder, go to Build.
    2. Click on File Upload.
    3. Click on Browse Files, to upload your image or document file in your form.
