Our members are getting messages that their address could not be confirmed, so they keep resubmitting the form and we're having to issue lots of refunds.
Also, I just heard:
I just tried to register online for NOLA, but when I hit the Register button..... it gave me an error message that the site was not found.... perhaps it timed out on me? I was printing and then double-checked what I had entered.
Before I try again, I really want to make sure it didn't register me....."
She had really registered. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I made two test on your form one with PayPal option (I was redirected to PayPal) and other without selecting any of your products and this time I was redirected to blank page. I was not able to replicate extract same error that your users reported.
I have then cloned your form and when I checked Thank You page settings I noticed that you have selected Redirect to external link option, but you have not added URL of redirect page.
Please add URL of the page where you want that your users are redirect to after form is submitted or select Show Thank You page option, to see if that will resolve your issue.
