I keep seeing an error stating my email is on the bounce list but I haven't changed my email or my settings. It just quit working. I NEED this email to work again. I run a rescue and I am missing adoption and foster applications because of it. Please fix this asap. Thank you

I have checked your email addresses and did not find them in our bounce list, but upon checking your email history I can see there're indeed some bounced emails, do note that this happens when the destination mail server rejects the email or blocks it for any reason.
