Create PDF form just hangs

I'm trying to create a PDF form to print and hand to people. But when I select the form and click the 'Create PDF' from the drop down menu on the right in 'My Forms' I just get the spinning circle and the form is never created.

Can anyone help pls?

I tried to create a Fillable PDF copy of a clone version of your form (https://www.jotform.com/63094745014353) and I was able to create one successfully.

Please note that it may take more time to create a Fillable PDF copy of longer forms compared to shorter ones. And, internet connections can also be considered. You can also try to use a different browser from the one you have already used as it can also be a browser issue. Or, just try if clearing your browser's data/cache will solve the issue.
