Is it possible to display  a picture in "Configurable List" widget? 

But I don't think it makes for a very fluid form.   Any other possible work arounds?   Or a different widget that could work better?  I do need to use the data generated from this form wich I currently use an excel document.  So any suggested widget would need to output usable data. 

May I know what image you would like to display? Please note that the Configurable list widget allows your user to dynamically add multiple rows but they cannot upload images on that widget, I am not sure how a fixed image would be added on new rows? If it's just ONE image on ALL rows, then we can use custom CSS code for that I believe. But we need to know more what you would like to accomplish before we can do this.

I guess I was wondering if you could  pictures in a drop down menu as opposed to words. 

Or the other possibility was to just add  one picture per configurable list in the header area.   I know I could add an picture other ways but I like to keep the form as compact as possible.

Unfortunately it is currently not possible to add image in "Configurable List" widget. I would suggest you to please add an image in the "Image" field and then place it in desired place by injecting custom css code. We can help you with the custom css code if you want but you need to fist add an email in your form.
