How to restore a form that I accidentally deleted?

    accidentally deleted my form. Can you resurrect it?

    just deleted by accident.

    Hi, thank you for contacting us.

    Upon inspection of your account, I can indeed see a deleted form and you can restore it from the "Trash" section as shown here:
