Here is my next question...is there a way to have the HTML inputs be automatically put in to a PDF document so that when they print it it comes out uniform with other forms?

Yes, that is possible. You can convert the online form into a Fillable PDF form and then print it. Here's how:

    1. Go to the My Forms page. Select the form and click the More drop down menu. After that, click the Create PDF Form

    2. You have an option if you want to include the page breaks or submit button to your PDF. After that, click the Continue button to download the PDF.

Hope that helps. Contact us again if you have any questions or need further assistance.

Not necessarily what I was asking. Let's see if I can word it better. I want my applicants to fill out a registration form and then when they hit print it prints out in the format of a form that I have already created. So as they are entering information on the website, it is automatically entering the same info onto a pre-created form and when they go to print, it prints that form. Is that doable? Or maybe I'm still not making sense?

I checked your form and I can see that it has a print button enabled. That is possible, the applicants can print the form with their data when they click the Print button. See the screen animation below if that's what you want:

Keep in mind that when the applicants hit the Print Form button, the applicants still need to go back to the form and click the Submit button.

You can also create an autoresponder email, here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/26-Setting-Up-an-Autoresponder-Email. This will send a copy of the submission to the applicants.
