I received a notification saying I have reached the limit for the month (100 forms per month) so the account will be disabled.
How can I find out when it can start again? Will that be done automatically?

All the limits get reset the first day of each month, so your submissions limit should be back to 0 on March 1st.
You could upgrade your account if you need to get more submissions or you can also get more submissions by completing the tasks on the get more section of your account.
