When I updated the filed name in the form the filed name in the auto responder didn't get updated but stayed as old names.

The easiest way is to delete the old and add a new autoresponder email. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/26-Setting-Up-an-Autoresponder-Email
You can delete the field name and add the new field name in the autoresponder. Here's a screen animation on how I remove and add a field:
