My form will not let me submit more than once

I am trying to submit 3 or four forms using a form upload thru Google Drive. It will not let me submit more than one form at a time.

Please note that you have configured your form to prevent multiple submissions through this option:

This is why you cannot submit to this form more than once and disabling it will allow you to do multiple submissions.
