Jot Form not displaying properly.

    Hi there I just made few changes to one of our jot forms (Cherished Moments Order Form) but not it is not displaying properly on our website and its cutting off the additional notes and submit button. I've added a few pictures:

    Have any ideas what has gone wrong here?

    Try replacing your current embed code with your forms iFrame code:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

    Using the script embed code allows the form to interact with other scripts and CSS in the page.  This can cause the form to look different than it does when not embedded.  Using the iFrame code will insulate the form from the rest of the page and it should look as it does when it is used by itself.
