I collected name/email/phone as part of a contest I ran and now I need to email the results, but when I log in to "submissions" all I see are dates and IP addresses? I am supposed to announce the contest winner today. Please advise.

I have checked your form (https://www.jotform.com/70428427866162) and I found out that there are no form fields on it. No name, phone or email fields. Here's a screen capture:

Did you delete the fields? If you deleted the fields, the data associated to it will be deleted as well. You'll see a warning pop-up asking for your confirmation.

Please try using the Form Revision History tool and revert to the previous version of your form wherein the fields are still present. It is possible that value will return together with the form fields.

    Here's a guide: How-to-View-Form-Revision-History.

    Hope that works. Thank you.

Yes I removed the fields at the end of the contest because we were getting entries once the contest had expired. I didn't realize that would delete the data as well. I received the names / emails / phone #'s entered in the email I received after each entry, so I will just use that!

Yes, you can also check your emails manually. Like I said, you can try reverting the form back to its previous version and the form submissions will be completed. Here's a guide: How-to-View-Form-Revision-History.

If you have any questions, let us know. Thank you.
