Email not received

    Hi ! I am testing out a form from you and I am not getting the test email. I have checked my junk/spam, etc. Is everything working ok?

    Were you just using the Test Email button in the email template?

    If it was, the test email will only always send the test message to your jotform account email. Please review the user guide also :

    To be able to receive the email from the Recipient Email address setup in the form, the form needs to be submitted in actual.
