Your form services have been working flawlessly until recently. We are now receiving sync issues in our Dropbox folder of incomplete files PDF (refer image attached below) and some form submissions not being synced at all. Please feel free to reply back at your nearest convenience.

The pdf report being used in Dropbox was the PDF report in your form. It is possible the current PDF was customized already.
To fix this issue, you will need to reset the PDF report template to the default template.
Follow this user guide on how to access the form PDF report designer.
To reset the PDF template:1. Go back to your My Forms page2. Select the form you want to edit its PDF report3. Click on the Reports button found on the top menu then edit the PDF Design.
