Trouble previewing

    Can you please help me check this form https://www.jotform.com/build/70658894948479

    In building mode, the subtitles for Name field are first name and last name but in preview mode, they are Organisation Name and Position.

    I cloned your form and I was able to replicate the issue. The sub-label of the fields is showing Organisation Name and Position instead of First name and Last name.

    Can you please re-add the fields on your form? Please also clear your form's cache and browser's cache and see if this helps to fix the issue.
