Thank You Redirect not Working

    After the form is filled out, it just goes to a blank page.  ??

    The Thank You Page Redirect in your form is configured correctly. The link you provided is working properly.

    I opened your webpage and I did a test submission. After hitting the Submit button, it redirected me to the Thank You Page link. Here's a screenshot:

    I would recommend you re-embedding the form using the iFrame method. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-form-iFrame-code.

    I will clear your form cache so that your forms will be refreshed from our servers. You may also try using another browser just to verify if it will work or not.
