How to backup my form data?

Hi! 

I have a question concerning the data gathered through the forms we use. We use a lot of forms for all kinds of things, but we've been reaching the capacity limit a lot lately. 

When we download the excel with all data gathered through one particular form, we can save that and clear the form online, to create more space and win some capacity. Only problem is, the links in the excel-file to pictures uploaded in the form seem to work only if the data is still in the online form too. 

Is there a possibilty to save all data of the forms in e.g. excel-files with the links of the pictures still working, without having to keep the data online too? And if there is; how does this work?

Unfortunately, when you delete the submission data, uploaded files are deleted as well. And the link in your Spreadsheets will not work because it is broken. If the Submission storage is the issue you're facing, maybe you could upgrade your plan to Storage plan, so you don't have to remove submissions at all. That plan will appear in your Upgrade page https://support.jotform.com/myaccount/billing once you reach the limit.

I believe we've upgraded the storage plan before but for some forms it is actually not needed to save the form because we won't use it in the future but we would like to be able to review the submissions. 

Is there no other way to download all the submissions where the picture is showing instead of a link? I understand that the link will be broken if we delete the submission data, but maybe we can save the submissions including the photo's without having to use the link? 

Saving all pictures seperately will be way too much work, so i hope there is another solution

Yes, there is another way, you can download all data from your account including submissions, uploads etc. Here is how to do that:

1) Go to this link: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/data

2) Click Download my Data:
