Can't preview or access my form

    It does not allow me to preview or test my form. It repeats the same error repeatedly ("Form not found. This form is disabled.") How do I fix this?

    Your account is currently suspended. Our phishing detector tool suspended your account automatically. Upon checking, I found out that your forms are asking for credit card information using regular text fields. This is not allowed in JotForm. Please check our terms of use.

    If you need to collect payments from your users, you need to use one of our payment integration. Here's a guide: Setting-Up-Your-First-Order-Form.

    We need to delete the guilty fields so that we can re-activate your account. If that is okay with you, please let us know. Thank you.

    This is just for a school project so it will not actually be put in use. Is there a way I could get around this?

    Collecting credit card information using regular text fields is not allowed here in JotForm. Our phishing tool will automatically suspend your account.

    I have removed the guilty fields and activated your account.

    You can use PayPal, Authorize.Net or Stripe payment integration and then enable the payment authorization. In this way, you can capture credit card details and charge your user at a later time.
