I cannot figure out how to integrate the paypal link into my form to collect payment
what am I missing?

I cloned your form and I noticed that the "Next" button is hidden. I also checked the PayPal payment gateway and I can see that it is added properly. Please make the "Next" button visible so the user can advance to your form. Here's how:
Open your form and select the "Next" button field. Click the Properties icon (cogwheel). Go to the Advanced tab and make the "Next" button visible.
Hope that helps. Please try it again and let us know how it goes.

I have added made the "next" button visible, but I still cannot figure out how to
A. link paypal for payment
B. build an option where the sales total is added for clients for payment

To link your form with PayPal make sure to enter your PayPal Account under the PayPal integration settings.
The total will be automatically calculated based on selected products within payment field.
In case you would like to calculate total based on the other form fields, the process will be a bit different.
1) Calculate total.
2) Pass total to the payment field.
If you need any further assistance, please let us know.

Thank you for the step by step integration process. With your help, I've fixed the paypal setting, however, now my product breakdown (services and amounts) has disappeared. How can I reset the products into my product section?
