I just made a clone of an older form. When I publish it or try a preview I get the message that the form has been deleted by the owner.

I have checked the form URL and see that it is displaying correctly at my end.
However, when I check the web page provided, the form is directly linked and not embedded. In order to display the form on the web page, you may get the Form embed code from the publish wizard and add the code to your web page. Please refer to the guide below that can help you with adding a form to the web page.

Ok. It looks like there are two different forms on the web page.
The direct linked form seems to be working fine and the form embedded using javascript method may have been deleted from the account and so it is not being displayed on the web page. Could you check if this form is in the Trash folder and restore it?
