Emails are sent to the user filling out the form, but not to us

we have created two form and publisched it on www.clubinkt.com under the pages

the mail is received by the clients but we as organistion dont receive the mail with the info

What di we do wrong

I checked your form and there is currently only an autoresponder email:

This will only send an email to the address entered in the form. 

If you would like to send an email to your address each time the form is submitted, set up a notification email:
