I need to submit three separate forms for three people but Jotform will only accept one form.
The instructions state I must use one form per person.
My first form was submitted and accepted.
However, every form I complete and submit afterwards is rejected
This is the error message I receive -
Sorry! Only one entry is allowed. Multiple submissions are disabled for this form.Multiple submissions are disabled for this form. -

Hello Arlene, I checked this form 70277814987976 and confirmed you have enabled the UNIQUE QUESTION option to CHECK COOKIES.
This would mean that the form checks the browser's cookies of the users/respondents and will only allow submission if the cookie isn't present.
To remove this limitation, just click SETTINGS at the top > FORM SETTINGS on the left > SHOW MORE OPTIONS > scroll down until you see the UNIQUE QUESTION section > then set it to NO CHECK.
