Why am I not allowed to submit the form more than once?

I need to submit three separate forms for three people but Jotform will only accept one form.

The instructions state I must use one form per person.

My first form was submitted and accepted.

However, every form I complete and submit afterwards is rejected

This is the error message I receive -

Sorry! Only one entry is allowed. Multiple submissions are disabled for this form.

Hello Arlene, I checked this form 70277814987976 and confirmed you have enabled the UNIQUE QUESTION option to CHECK COOKIES.

This would mean that the form checks the browser's cookies of the users/respondents and will only allow submission if the cookie isn't present.

To remove this limitation, just click SETTINGS at the top > FORM SETTINGS on the left > SHOW MORE OPTIONS > scroll down until you see the UNIQUE QUESTION section > then set it to NO CHECK.
