Is it possible to upload data from a spreadsheet to autopopulate a form?

For example, we have a form that asks for name, address and phone number. The user completes the form today. Next year, we ask the same user to go to the form, enter their name and verify or update their information. Can we upload the data to JotForm so that when they return to this form and enter their name, the remaining form fields are autopopulated with the data they supplied previously?

You can actually allow users to update their submissions at a later date by providing them the edit URL. Though, you need to preserve the data in your form submissions page so they will be able to edit it.

However, if you are going to use a different form, use this method to import the Excel sheet containing the submissions data into your form https://www.jotform.com/help/308-Import-App-Easily-import-your-Excel-or-CSV-data-into-JotForm.
