We have had several times where someone fills out a form and the information is not emailed to us. I have checked our spam and junk mail filters and they are not there. I change the email addresses the form submits to and for a couple of days the emails come through but then stop. We had 2 that did not come through today.
I do not like this support. It does not function well at all. I think I should look for a new company.
Who really knows how many emails we miss. This is not healthy for any business.

We are experiencing a problem with our email servers. So Email Notifications and Autoresponders are queued and they should arrive to your inbox delayed, in the next hours. Our DevOps are working in a solution to fix the issue. We are truly sorry for the inconveniences caused to you and recommend to check the Submissions Page for new submissions, while this is being fixed.
