Can I create a multi page form with tabs in JotForm?

    vou anexar a foto porque não sei o nome do formulário

    gostaria de saber se com as ferramentas do JOTFORM consigo fazer também 

    segue em anexo

    I'm not sure what exactly you're asking but from the screenshot, I'm seeing tabs at the top. Is that what you're asking about?

    If so, then yes, that kind of functionality is available in JotForm. You only need 2 things:

    1. Page Breaks
