How long does it take to receive a notification?

Hello, I recently did a test submission of my form and a test from my account her. About half an hour ago. Still haven't received either test yet. My submission shows up here under my account. Just making sure everything is working. Running some paid ads on Facebook,Twitter, and YouTube that direct to the form on my website here:https://arise.today/pages/sign-up-for-featured-artist-and-creative
