How do I download the entire form with the details of my agreement not just the clients signature? I need this for proof she signed the contract

    Im not sure why it only lets me view a submission but doesn't put the details of the agreement with the submission. I need this for paypal. I need the document and signature on the same download

    I would recommend you enabling the "Show Headers and Texts" option in the Submissions page before downloading the PDF submission. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/305-How-to-Show-Headers-and-Text-in-the-PDF.

    In this way, the Headers and Texts elements will appear together with the user's answers in the PDF submission.
