Why is my upload usage at the limit after deleting submissions?

    I deleted almost every submission, and it is still showing the upload usage is at the limit?

    Hi Hawaiianholidaycorporate,

    Thanks for getting back to us. I can confirm that you were able to delete and purge your submissions. I have cleared your form cache to refresh the form and lifted the over limit status on your account. In the future, you can also manually clear the form cache on your end.     Hi, again after deleting every entry and clearing the cache, it is giving the error that I am over the upload space limit. Can this be fixed please?

    Thanks for getting back to us. I'm sorry you're having difficulties with this. I checked your account, and it appears that its status was overlimit due to exceeding its allocated space. I went ahead and reactivated your account. I've gone ahead and cleared your form caches as an additional aid.
