Customers want to only fill out form and pay later through PayPal, but they can't.

My customers have to fill out a form but don't need to pay until the deadline of june 15th (its only March 20th). When they go back to the form to try and pay after already submitting it, they cannot check the box for PayPal as it is grayed out. Is there a way to activate this, or another way to submit the form and go to paypal? Or will they just need to fill out another form?

    Thanks,

If I  understand your process correctly, it seems that you wanted the user to edit the submission data at a later time using the Edit method.

    User guide: How-to-Let-Users-Update-Their-Form-Submissions-at-a-Later-Date

Please take note that the Payment integration is not editable on the user side. So if the already submitted the form and did a submission payment, they will not be able to edit the payment data even if they were able to edit the submission data of the form.

If you want the user to do payment later and they should not be able to access payment the first time they used the form, make sure the user will not be able to access payment initially.

Then add a condition option that will allow the user to access payment at a later time (when they are editing submission data)

I hope this help. Let us know if there's more we can assist you with.
