My account is autosuspended

The same has happened to me and my forms will not load from a website I have.. all forms say disabled.

I have re-activated your account, and your forms should be working properly now.

Please note that your forms are using words that will most likely get you autosuspended again by our automatic form review systems. Our terms of use prohibit the collection of usernames and passwords, and your forms are containing keywords like host, login, entry word.. and so on, which results in the suspicion of violation, and leads to the autosuspension.

The website I use does not have a free facility to enable login to certain pages. This is why I have created a way to do this via jotform, are there any words I can use? Or should I delete the offending form?

Hi Wayne,

I have examined your form "ICPA organising club" again and noticed that you altered the wording, and the result is definitely better.

The only thing remaining that I would recommend, is deleting the "ICPA Host club login" form if you don't need it, or altering its wording because that one could very well trigger an autosuspension.

With that said, please don't worry if the autosuspension happens, just reply to this thread accordingly and I will assist you with it.
