Everytime I try to go into the PDF editor it freezes and I can't click on a field. I have tried different forms and different computers with different internet connections and the problem is the same. Can you please advise if this is universal and if so what the time frame is for rectifying it as this is a pressing issue for our business.

I checked your form (https://form.jotform.co/MBWHS/70739050326857 ) and I tried to customize the PDF submission. The form is indeed long and it loads continuously on my end. Have you tried using a different browser and see if this helps to solve the issue?
