Help! All of my conditions for this form have been deleted!

    Hi Jotform,

    I've been working on this form for several weeks.  Yesterday, I had finished working on the Conditions for this form, I had some 250 conditions, and today I've logged in and there are no conditions at all!  Can these please be recovered?

    Help!!

    Please try to revert to a previous working version again using the Form Revision Tool.
