Incomplete Values error message when field has been selected

Asked by ollitempleuniversity on March 22, 2017 at 10:27 PM

There seems to be a problem with my original form: https://form.jotform.com/70536455044151
When I test the form and fill in all the required fields, I get an error message 'Incomplete Values' (see attachment), that 'Entree Selection' is required.
Well, when I look at the form, I have selected 'Entree Selection', but it has not been recognized???

I would appreciate your assistance on resolving this.

I see other people have had this same issue, but this should be a 'Required' field', regardless if it on a laptop or mobile device:

By the way:  My backup form works fine:  https://form.jotform.com/70536455044151

Can the backup form (~RSVP at top) https://form.jotform.com/70536455044151

be copied to replace the original form (RSVP at top) : https://form.jotform.com/63388566125161

They are in our same account.   I would just duplicate my backup form BUT, I created a 'TinyURL' for the original that is on flyers that have been printed, so I can't change it.

Please contact me with any questions about this issue.   Thank for you time in assisting me with this.

I was able to replicate mentioned issue when I tested your form. I was also able to replicate in on my cloned form.

On my cloned form I was able to resolve mentioned issue by deleting mentioned field and adding new one. I can suggest you to do the same, but please note that when field is deleted all submitted data for that field will be deleted from  submission page as well. I would suggest you to download your submissions first and then to delete mentioned field.

When you add new field you can edit your submissions and update new field with answers that were submitted previously.

I am not sure if I understood you other question correctly. ID of the form can not be changed. When you sad that you have created a 'TinyURL' do you mean that you have created custom URL of the form?

If that is the case you can remove custom URL form original form and then you can apply it you cloned form.

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
