Why can't people pay the application fee on my form?

My nonprofit organization just started using jot form for summer camp registration. The site works very well, however people are calling our office and informing us that when prompted to pay the fee with our square widget that they cannot access the field required for the CVV. How can I resolve this?

I checked your form and the form itself allow for input without issue.  However, when I checked your embedded form, I was unable to enter text into a few of the Square fields.

Try replacing your current embedded form with your forms iFrame code:

That should resolve the issue.
